Meet Elizabeth

Well, hello! I’m Elizabeth Goueti and I’m an employment litigator turned workplace strategist, 3x Certified Coach, and consultant.

After nearly two decades working at the intersection of law, leadership, and equity, I’ve made it my mission to help organizations build ethical workplaces. The unfortunate truth is that most workplaces do not have the internal partnership to mitigate risk and keep people at the center of their strategy. As an educator at heart, I’ve realized that partnering to learn gives everyone a win. That’s where I come in: to help leadership deepened their understanding, upskill where needed and develop an effective strategy.

Separately, I support Black and brown women move in complex organizations who desire to grow their corporate career. Through my quarterly group coaching, Courage in Corporate we deep-dive on how to manage challenges before it costs peace, productivity, or purpose.

Why I Do This

Conflict is inevitable - chaos isn’t.  I have seen teams destroyed from the quiet killer…the silence that says, “I don’t want to be here.”  I have defended those leaders in Court…and I’ve fought those leaders as well.  The best way to handle sticky legal situations is BEFORE it is too late and in front of a judge.  I believe that every challenge, disagreement, and misunderstanding is a chance to strengthen who we are and how we lead.

My work is rooted in clarity, compassion, and courage - because thriving in today’s workplace requires all three.
