Well, hello! I'm Elizabeth Goueti, an employment attorney, workplace strategist, certified coach, and speaker.
My career started in employment litigation. From there, I served in in-house counsel roles and in senior people strategy and DEI leadership, including at Amazon Web Services, NetApp, Thumbtack, and Pearson. That mix taught me something most advisors miss: the law and the people side of a workplace are the same problem.
Today, through Avinu Consulting, I help small businesses and nonprofits get employment compliance right before it turns into a dispute. Through Courage in Corporate, I coach professionals to protect their careers and lead with confidence.
Why I Do This
Conflict is inevitable. Chaos isn't. The best time to handle a sticky legal situation is long before it reaches a judge. I believe every challenge at work is a chance to strengthen how we lead, and my work is rooted in clarity, compassion, and courage.
